| 摘要： | The Kentucky Transportation Center at the University of Kentucky was requested to evaluate safety related to the implemented changes to alignment and roadway cross section and post-construction conditions. This report is a safety analysis of the post-construction conditions based on the changes made to the alignment and roadway cross section using a newly released software by the Federal Highway Administration, The software is the Interactive Highway Safety Design Model (IHSDM) and evaluates the geometry of the roadway and crah prediction models to compute the expected safety performance of the roadway. |
