| 摘要： | The objective of this research project was to identify and evaluate safety measures at rural intersections and to develop materials regarding rural intersection safety. One product was required for this project: a rural intersection safety handbook. The information contained in this product was submitted as Chapter 6 in Research Report 4048-2, Treatments for Crashes on Rural Two-Lane Highways in Texas, which has been distributed to all TxDOT districts. As a result, the recommendations that were developed in this research project can be implemented immediately. |
