| 摘要： | The Military Airlift Command is participating in a temporary arrangement under which certain air carriers under contract to the Command are allowed to transport Department of Defense passengers on their regularly scheduled commercial flights over selected routes rather than on charter flights. We evaluated this service to see if it offered benefits warranting extension or expansion. |
