| 摘要： | This report presents the derivation of the relationship between the factor of safety, the margin of safety, and a given interaction equation in two- or three-dimensional space. Factors of safety and margins of safety can be calculated from these interaction equations using either the closed-form solutions provided or the numerical methods mentioned in this report. The dual definition of the factor of safety is presented. |
