| 摘要： | As the importance of transportation measures and voluntary measures in air quality programs increases, a growing body of research focuses on the quantitative evaluation and analysis of these measures. The purpose of the work assignment is to develop a comprehensive index of methodologies used in assessing transportation measures and other non-mandatory programs. Quantification refers to any effort to numerically evaluate transportation measures (or other related measures) in terms of developing air quality benefits, program costs, VMT reductions, trip reductions, and /or cost-effectiveness. |
