| 摘要： | This research depended on resources and input from many sources. Janet Kavinoky, Executive Director, Transportation & Infrastructure and Vice President, Americans for Transportation Mobility Coalition of the US Chamber of Commerce supported the initial development of the Transportation Performance Index and the project that leveraged our resources and provided the opportunity to explore alternative models. Susanne Trimbath provided input, comments and completed the economic analysis that connects the TPI to the US economy. She is a valuable collaborator providing not just technical expertise but mentoring and advice to the students. Mosi London a PhD student in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Delaware completed the analysis for the retrospective case study. |
