| 摘要： | The objective of this thesis is to identify the Department of Defense DOD transportation mode alternatives used to ship fresh fruits and vegetables FFV to Guam, to discuss which alternatives provide the highest service level in terms of prolonging FFV shelf life under what circumstances, and to identify those additional considerations that affect shelf life during transportation. The entire transportation process from the Continental United States CONUS through final delivery to the customer will be documented and analyzed, and recommendations for its improvement included. |
