| 摘要： | This report includes the results of research of open sources to collect information on currently available technologies and those technologies that can be reasonably developed to support Coast Guard Arctic craft operations in the near future. Research topics include the following considerations: structural, propulsion, electrical, command and control, auxiliary systems, outfit and furnishings, logistics, and other considerations such as personnel. Recommendations are provided for consideration by the Coast Guard in a future acquisition of Arctic craft. |
