摘要：	The Burbank Transportation Management Organization (BTMO) is a private, membership-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to traffic reduction and air quality improvement. The BTMO designs, implements, manages, and measures the impacts of its transportation demand-management programs in two distinct planning areas within Burbank, California. Those areas are the Media District (controlled by the Media District Specific Plan (MDSP)) and the downtown and redevelopment areas of Burbank (controlled by the Burbank Center Plan (BCP)). This report reviews the project structure and estimated impacts of the local government- mandated, employer-supported BTMO trip-reduction programs by developing methodologies to measure direct and indirect program impacts (such as emissions reductions and worker productivity impacts) and report the results.
