| 摘要： | This report aims to: give an account for different descriptions of the concept of accessibility, specify the concept of accessibility and to put the concept of accessibility into a system view upon land use and traffic. The different descrptions of the concept of accessibility form the starting point of this report. They have been looked up in dictionaries, legislation and regulations concerned, known documents and new documents found on the Internet. The documents show that the concept of accessibiltiy is very wide and so it must be to be able to describe what it is aimed to describe. To make comparisons possible between accessibility by different transportation systems, over time and in different siuations, the concept must be specified. In this report such an attempt is made when the concept in its simplest form is defined as spacial relations. In addition it is necessary to specify with respect to starting point and destination, modal split, time and users. The users can be divided in residents and activities with their characteristics among which resources for mobility are crucial. |
