| 摘要： | On July 1 1995, the Public Roads Administration carried out a major reorganization of the County Roads Office in Norway. The background was that the Storting wished the separate authority and production part of the activities of the Administration. In addition, the Public Roads Administration decided to simplify the organization to obtain geographical proximity between authority and production, to improve the work on contracting, to reduce the number of departments and levels on administration in the offices and to a higher degree delegate the decision making function within the organization. |
