| 摘要： | This report contains the findings of a study to identify and evaluate procurement and contracting approaches for design and construction of highway facilities and to identify approaches that are expected to facilitate the implementation of innovations and research findings. The report provides guidance on the selection of procurement and contracting approaches to stimulate innovations to improve design, construction, and quality of the highway system. The contents of the report will be of immediate interest to state highway personnel and to others involved in the administration of construction contracts. |
