| 摘要： | In connection with the project 'Better Urban Air' one of the suggestions is to prohibit the use of older cars (01.01.89) inside the toll ring in Oslo. The prohibition will apply on days with air pollution above specified limits. Based on data from the travel behavior survey in 1997/98 we have examined the amount of households the prohibition will affect, and possible special characteristics in this group of households. More than 1/4 of the households in Oslo and Akershus own or have only access to old cars. The difference between the different groups are generally small. There seem to be some correlation between low income and the ownership/access to old cars. 1/3 of the families with children less than 7 years own or have only access to older cars. |
