摘要: The project WT-Impact aims to improve the quality of the estimation of the street-level emissions and the developments in it. An important element of this objective is the link between macro-transport demand developments and direct measurements on a micro-level. In many middle- and long-term explorations, assumptions about developments of emission etc. are made without checking for consistency. Furthermore, there is a growing demand for estimations of developments in emissions on a local level. For instance, what will the emission-level be in the town like Leiden, in 25 years. In order to be able to answer such questions, it is important to link local emission-models and macro-models at the national level in some way. The emission-model VERSIT, of TNO Automotive, and the Scenario Explorer version 1.2, of TNO Inro, have been taken as a starting point.
