| 摘要： | In a typical Dutch winter the temperature will often swing up and down around freezing point. These temperature swings result in treacherously icy road conditions occurring. Counteracting these icy conditions-or better still: preventing these conditions from occurring in the first place-is an important area of attention within the field of pavement management. Expertise in the area of winter maintenance, including ice and snow clearance, and the prevention of ice formation has been brought together in this publication. |
