| 摘要： | The Maritime Administration (Marad) has determined that there is a need for an up-to-date compilation of maritime laws. In 1995, Marad published the first edition of 'Compilation of Maritime Law' (Compilation). It was well received by various government agencies, the U.S. Congress, and the public, including members of the maritime bar and community. In response to numerous requests, a second edition of the Compilation was published in 1997. Interested in the Compilation continues, and this is the third edition of this publication setting forth certain maritime laws through the 1st Session of the 105th Congress. |
