| 摘要： | This report provides guidelines for the planning, design, and implementation of bus on shoulder (BOS) operations along urban freeways and major arterials. The guidelines are based upon review of literature, analysis of existing installations, interviews with agency staff involved in BOS projects, and feedback from bus passengers and bus drivers in BOS communities. The guidelines should be useful to communities that are considering BOS implementation and to current BOS communities. |
