| 摘要： | The Highway Safety Plan (HSP) describes the processes used to identify Virginia's traffic safety problems. It proposes the projects and activities Virginia plans to implement to reach its performance goals. The plan also includes performance measures for each goal to track progress from a baseline toward meeting the goal by the specified target date. Additionally, the HSP describes the grant funded projects and activities that Virginia will undertake to reach the goals identified. |
