摘要: The Department of Interior (DOl), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Indian Highway Safety Program (IHSP) is the focal point for highway safety issues in Indian Country. The IHSP is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and provides services to the Indian State. The Indian State is defined as all federally recognized tribes within the United States. The IHSP currently consists of four full time positions, with the Governor's Representative in Washington D.C. The IHSP provides leadership by developing, promoting and coordinating programs that influence tribal and public awareness of all highway safety issues.
