| 摘要： | This Guam Highway Safety Plan (HSP) for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2014 serves as the Territory’s application to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for Federal funds available under Section 402 of the “Moving Ahead in Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21)”. The Government of Guam, Department of Public Works (DPW)-Office of Highway Safety (OHS) will continue to educate the public on highway safety issues and to facilitate the implementation of programs that reduces crashes, injuries and fatalities on Guam’s roadways. |
