| 摘要： | The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) proposes to replace the Lewis Street Bridge over Big Goose Creek (the Project) and realign the Dow/Lewis intersection. For purposes of complying with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is the lead agency for this Environmental Assessment (EA). |
