(2) How do the Current Legal Loads compare to Wyoming weigh-in-motion (WIM) data and vehicles allowed by state statutes? (3) How do the WIM and current Legal Loads compare to the AASHTO LRFR Legal/Rating Loads? (4) Can the accumulative damage effects of large loads on I-80 begin to be quantified? |
