| 摘要： | Ziel dieser Replikationsstudie ist die Erstellung von repraesentativen Daten ueber die Leistungen des Rettungsdienstes in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland fuer die Jahre 2008 und 2009 sowie den Zeitraum 2008/09 insgesamt. Die Datenerhebung erfolgt in Rettungsdienstbereichen, deren Leistungsmerkmale und Leistungsgroessen eine repraesentative Leistungsbilanz fuer das gesamte Bundesgebiet gewaehrleisten. Sie umfasst unter anderem Daten ueber Einsatzanlass, Einsatzzeit, alarmierte Rettungsmittel, Eintreffzeit, Sonder- und Wegerecht, Notarztbeteiligung und Fehlfahrten. Erstmals sollen im Rahmen der Leistungsanalyse 2008/09 auch medizinische Patientendaten des Rettungsdienstes erfasst werden. Der Fokus richtet sich dabei auf Strassenverkehrsunfallopfer. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The purpose of this repeat study is the compilation of representative data concerning the performance of the rescue services in the Federal Republic of Germany during 2008 and 2009 as well as for the whole period of 2008/09. The data collection is to be performed in the rescue service areas in which the performance characteristics and performance measures ensure a performance assessment that is representative of the whole federal territory. This includes data concerning the reason for an operation, time of the operation, rescue units alerted, time of arrival, special rights and right of way, participation of emergency doctors and erroneous drives. For the first time, also medical data are to be recorded as part of the performance analysis for 2008/09. The focus is on road traffic accident victims. |
