| 摘要： | This research evaluated the impact performance of the TxDOT short-span short-radius guardrail system according to the safety-performance evaluation guidelines included in American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, entitled Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH) for Test Level Three (TL-3). This report describes the TxDOT short-span short-radius guardrail system, documents the impact performance of the guardrail system according to MASH TL-3 evaluation criteria, and presents recommendations for implementation. The short-span short-radius guardrail system performed acceptably according to MASH for modified tests 3-33 and 3-32. |
