| 摘要： | Das Sicherungsverhalten von Verkehrsteilnehmern hat fuer die langfristige Entwicklung der Verkehrssicherheit eine entscheidende Bedeutung. Die Benutzung von Gurten und Kinderschutzsystemen im Pkw sowie die Schutzbekleidung im Zweiradverkehr tragen wesentlich zu einer Verringerung der Unfallfolgen bei. Insofern kommt der laufenden Beobachtung und Berichterstattung zum Schutzverhalten - auch aus verkehrspolitischen Gruenden und fuer den internationalen Abgleich - besonderes Gewicht zu. Mit diesem Projekt ist die Fortsetzung der seit 1975 laufenden Beobachtungen geplant. In die Verkehrsbeobachtung eingeschlossen werden in 2008 ebenfalls die Fahrzeuge des Gueterverkehrs auf Autobahnen und Landstrassen. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The safety behaviour of traffic participants is important for the long-term development of traffic safety. The use of safety belts and child safety systems in passenger cars and of protective clothing for persons on motorcycles make a significant contribution to the reduction of the consequences of accidents. Continuous observation and reporting of protective behaviour is therefore of particular importance, also for traffic policy and international arrangements. This project is intended to continue the observations that have been ongoing since 1975. In 2008, freight vehicles on motorways and highways are also included in the traffic monitoring. |
