摘要：	Bulky cargo transportation problem is so complex that it is affected by many factors. Generally speaking, large quantity, long distance and limited time are the main factors. So the problems of transportation capacity and transport quality are challenged severely. How to adjust the transportation capacity and assure the benefit of supplier is the main problem studied in the paper. First, the paper puts forward the transportation mode. Then transportation planning model is established according to the rules that include just-in-time supply,achieving quantity discount and coordinating transportation capacity. The solution shows that using the model can achieve the aim of just-in-time supply, decreased cost and coordinating transportation capacity.
