摘要: | In this paper,a technique,combining CFD with FEA,is employed to simulate exhaust manifold TMF performance under thermal shock case.A in-line 4 cylinder engine exhaust manifold is exemplified to implement the technique.Based on the results extracted from the prediction,the manifold structure optimization can be elicited,to effectively improve the high risk area of TMF,and to enhance the TMF performance and development efficiency,hence,the durability testing cost can commensurately be reduced. |
