| 摘要： | CRESTA will investigate and advance the potential of integrating present and future commercial remote sensing capabilities (CRS) with positioning, timing, and navigation (PNT), intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and spatial information technologies for improved efficiency in freight flow at borders and large construction sites. CRESTA will team w/ public & private partners and focus its efforts on demonstrating the use of various data sources to provide information that allows the documentation and understanding of factors influencing truck travel times, and on determining effective planning and operational strategies to mitigate the effects of congestion on truck movements at borders crossing an around construction sites. |
