摘要: |
The thermal runaway features of large format Li-ion battery is critical for the safety design of battery pack.The thermal runaway features can be tested by Extended Volume-Accelerating Rate Calorimetry(EV-ARC).The heating curve of the EV-ARC looks different from that of the standard ARC,because EV-ARC has larger chamber and test sample.The temperature sensor should be clamped or fixed tightly on the surface of the sample during test.Otherwise the sensordrop during tests will lead to wrong test result of the onset temperature.Setting proper detection sensitivity for temperature rise rate is also essential for getting an accurate onset temperature. |
