| 摘要： | Das Sicherungsverhalten von Verkehrsteilnehmern hat fuer die langfristige Entwicklung der Verkehrssicherheit eine entscheidende Bedeutung. Die Benutzung von Gurten und Kinderschutzsystemen im Pkw sowie die Schutzbekleidung im Zweiradverkehr tragen wesentlich zu einer Verringerung der Unfallfolgen bei. Insofern kommt der laufenden Beobachtung und Berichterstattung zum Schutzverhalten - auch aus verkehrspolitischen Gruenden und fuer den internationalen Abgleich - besonderes Gewicht zu. In die Verkehrsbeobachtungen eingeschlossen werden ebenfalls die Fahrzeuge des Gueterverkehrs auf Autobahnen und Landstrassen. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The safety behaviour of traffic participants has a significant impact on the long-term development of traffic safety. The use of safety belts and child protection systems in cars as well as protective clothing on motorcycles results in a significant reduction of the consequences of accidents. Ongoing monitoring and reporting on the safety behaviour - also for traffic planning and international comparison - is therefore particularly important. Freight vehicles on motorways and regional roads are also included in the traffic monitoring. |
