| 摘要： | This paper first introduces the general development situation, construction progress and accessible facility transformation of rail transit construction in Beijing.To advance the accessible environment construction of rail transit, relevant standards and specifications should be developed actively.In terms of accessible facility transformation, Beijing has added vertical transportation facilities for persons with disabilities from the ground to the platform;added sidewalks for the blind in subway facilities;transformed existing subway toilets and added special toilet cubicles for persons with disabilities;added ramps connecting the ground hall with municipal roads;added accessible signs, etc.Standards have been strictly followed for newly-built lines.A series of accessible facilities including wheelchair ramps, accessible access, sidewalks for the blind and braille maps, accessible vertical lifts, low height service facilities, accessible ticket entrances, accessible toilets, accessible toilet cubicles, accessible cars, etc.have been provided in public areas open to passengers such as station squares, station public areas and train cars. |
