| 摘要： | Since being approved to join the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in 2008, China gradually improved and perfected policies and standards on accessible environment construction.Meanwhile, problems such as the lag in the transformation of accessible facilities, weak information accessibility and urgent need for accessible facility management enhancement also remain to be solved.Therefore, the State Council issued the Regulations on the Construction of Accessible Environments in 2012, which specifies that the construction of accessible environments should accord with the level of economic and social development and follow the principles, e.g., practical, easy to realize and widely beneficial, and provide specific and definite provisions on accessible facility construction, information accessibility construction and accessible community services. |
