摘要:   In recent years,the frequently-happening earthquakes in our country result in painful injuries and property loss as well as serious road traffic infrastructure damage in quake zone,which brings enormous obstacles to the relief and reconstruction work.To explore the traffic impact rules of earthquake,this paper takes “5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake” as the research object,analyzing and comparing the traffic volume,delay,travel time of the major roads in Wenchuan before and after the disaster based on field investigation and simulation on Vissim software,and so that draws the following conclusions:(1)The service level decreases to grade D from grade B and maximum saturation degree reached to 1.07 in G317-Weizhou Bridge intersection;(2)The service level decreases to grade D from grade A and maximum saturation degree reached to 0.77 in Weizhou Bridge Road.Thus the authors deduce three countermeasures accordingly:(1)Establishing a three-dimensional traffic support system;(2)Adopting small-scale and wide-ranging resettlements after disaster;(3)Adjusting signal timing and strengthening traffic management and improving the traffic efficiency.
