This dissertation aiming on premature damage in steel orthotropic plate bridge deck surfacing and concrete beam thin bridge deck surfacing in China, propose the CFRP reinforced thin bridge deck surfacing system(CFRP reinforcement course + Epoxy resin mortar intermediate course + SMA Wearing course).Though experimental study on heat resistance test, thermal compatibility test and static loading test, it is verified that the CFRP reinforced thin bridge deck surfacing system is scientific and effective for concrete bridge deck thin surfacing.Basing on the study, the formula of the Epoxy Resin Mortar was modified and optimized, and then the resolution was acquired for settling the debonding problems between Epoxy Resin Mortar and concrete substrate which may be induced by low thermal compatibility or post-cure reaction when paving SMA.Moreover, results of research study on CFRP reinforced thin bridge deck surfacing system directly guided the execution of Bangladesh Bangabandhu Bridge Repairing Works, avoided various technical risks, and had brought in both economic and social benefits. |
