In recent years, machine vision systems have been widely used in the mass production of automotive manufacturing processes, as an "eye" of equipment, based on the need for automation, flexibility and increased productivity in automotive manufac- turing. Significantly enhance the function of the equipment, improve production efficiency, but also can be used as a different means from the traditional detection methods of testing equipment, so as to ensure high-quality industrial production process of quality con- trol. At present, machine vision is mainly used in two aspects: the use of position adjustment for assembly assistance and direction, with or without detection, use of position adjustment and shape tool for size detection. |
