In this paper, the authors use three kinds of solutions to reduce the aerodynamic noise which appears in the process of accelerating the turbo engine. The test results show that it's the best way to use two steel pipes, so the noise level is reduced up to 7dB(A)in the range of 1000~3000Hz, therefore, improvement is more obvious. At the same time, through the test results, the radiated noise at the outlet of the supercharger is the main contribution of the turbocharger′s aerodynamic noise, and the radiated noise away from the outlet of the supercharger is gradually weakened, which provides the improvement ideas of the noise of the supercharger. |
