In order to improve the acoustic characteristics of the cab, acoustic-structure coupled model of the cab was estab- lished. Through the analysis of the acoustic response to actual stimulus, the acoustic response curve of the driver's inner earwas ob- tained. Based on the reversibility principle of transfer function, the driver's inner ear was stimulated in order to observe the modal re- sponse animation of plates, and thus to lay the preliminary damping plates. For the purpose of pinpointing the optimal location of damp- ing plates and realizing damping and noise reduction effectively, contribution analysis was made on the plates, based on which the lay- out of damping plates was optimized. The optimized layout of damping plates was more reasonable, which could lower the sound pressure of the driver's inner ear by 2%under the noise above 200Hz compared with the preliminary scheme, and thus realizing more effective noise reduction and more precise layout of damping plates. |
