摘要:   In this paper, two typical pedestrian accidents were analyzed and reconstructed to study the generative mechanism of he- matoma in traffic accident by using the multi-body pedestrian model and GHBMC-head FE model, incorporating data from the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. And on the basis of the accident reconstruction, the three-dimensional patient-specific fi- nite element brain model with detailed anatomical structures was used to analyze the hematoma generation in brain injured in vehicle acci- dent. The position of the cerebral hematoma and geometrical data were extracted from a series of medical CT scan images, these data was used to adjust the head model of GHBMC to the geometry of head of patients. Then used corpuscular particle method to simulate the chan- ges of intracranial pressure caused by the hematoma. Deviations ofthe cerebral ventricles in the two groups of simulation was 4. 6mm and 5. 6mm, and deviations of the brain midline was 3. 7mm and 3. 9mm, the value of intracranial pressure was stable in(2680 ±20)Pa and(2618 ± 18)Pa. The actual deviations of cerebral ventricles was 4. 8mm and 4. 9mm. The actual deviations of brain midline was 3. 7mm and 3. 9mm, and the actual value of intracranial pressure stable was 2800 Pa and 2666 Pa. The data of simulation was in accord- ance with the actual data. Results showed that the corpuscular particle method used to simulate analysis of hematoma generation and in- creasing pressure inbrain injured in vehicle accidentwas feasible in theory.
