摘要: |
Zero flow cooling system is a new advanced technical solution for TGDI engine.It consists of integrated exhaust mani-fold,two zero flow control valves and an electronic thermostat.Zero flow control valves control the coolant circuit of oil cooler,cabin heater and bypass circuit in the coolant manifold.Electronic thermostat controls the coolant circuit of radiator.The turbo coolant circuit works,but zero flow valves and thermostat are all closed during engine warming up stage.The zero flow control valves and electronic thermostat will open respectively when the coolant temperature reaches different setting points.The zero flow cooling system can shorten the time spent on engine warming upstage.It can save fuel to improve fuel economy performance for vehicle.Furthermore it can lower en-gine friction,improve engine durability and reliability performance. |
