摘要: |
SBased on the basic theory and multi-body dynamics theory of the suspension vibration isolation,the finite element analysis(FEA)of the suspension bracket is carried out according to the experimental parameters and the parameters of the powertrain obtained from the experimental measurement,and the multi-rigid body dynamics model of the powertrain mounting system of the pickup truck was established by using ADAMS.The time-domain and frequency-domain simulations were carried out to obtain the response,ac-celeration,centroid,the frequency,characteristic and amplitude of each system.Then the vibration isolation performance of the model is analyzed,which lays the foundation for the following optimization.Taking a domestic pickup truck as a sample,the parameters were measured and the model was established and simulated. |
