As the environmental protection regulations get more and more strict.HEV(Hybrid electric vehicle)becomes a main research and development object in the automotive field,with low fuel consumption,low emission and well environmental perform-ance.HEV has two driving forces,engine and motor coordinate working with each other which output torque to propel,as a result,the operating modes and control algorithm are very complex.In this paper,the state control function of PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchro-nous Motor)is discussed,which is mainly applied to control the operation mode of MCU(Motor Control Unit)by sending and receiv-ing CAN(Controller Area Network)communication instructions together with the HCU(Hybrid Control Unit),BMS(Battery Man-agement System),driver's instructions,and motor diagnostic information.At last,the operation mode control of the MCU is achieved.Through the concept design and model development,both in normal operation and error operation,the state control function enables the motor to switch operation mode correctly,after a confirmed verification.MCU control function is satisfied,and vehicle function is satis-fied by the control of MCU,the expected effect of the function is also acquired. |
