| 摘要： | Die Bundesanstalt fuer Strassenwesen ist Konsortialfuehrer eines Projekts der Europaeischen Kommission mit 37 Partnern zum Thema "Alcohol, Drugs, Medicines and Driving". Die Thematik der psychoaktiven Substanzen im Strassenverkehr wird umfassend in sieben Arbeitspaketen aufgearbeitet. Von den Ergebnissen dieses interdisziplinaeren Forschungsprojekts werden wichtige Informationen ueber die Auftretenshaeufigkeit psychoaktiver Substanzen im Strassenverkehr (allein oder in Kombination) und deren Risikopotenzial erwartet. Darueber hinaus werden im Rahmen experimenteller Studien fuer diese psychoaktiven Substanzen Vorschlaege fuer bislang nicht vorliegende Gefahrengrenzwerte in Analogie zu Promillegrenzen bei Alkohol ermittelt. Methoden und Richtlinien fuer die Entdeckung, Verfolgung und Bestrafung von Fahrten unter dem Einfluss von Alkohol, Drogen und Medikamenten sowie Rehabilitationsmassnahmen werden bewertet und Informationsmaterial sowohl fuer Fachkreise als auch fuer das breite Publikum entwickelt und verbreitet (weitere Informationen unter www.druid-project.eu). ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The Federal Highway Research Institute is the leading underwriter of a project titled Alcohol, Drugs, Medicines and Driving and implemented by the European Commission together with 37 partners. Seven work packages deal in detail with the use of psychoactive substances by drivers. The results of this interdisciplinary research project are expected to yield important information on how often psychoactive substances are used (individually or in combination) by drivers and the associated risks. Furthermore, experimental studies are conducted to formulate recommendations for these psychoactive substances in terms of introducing hazard thresholds similar to blood-alcohol limits. Methods and guidelines for detecting, prosecuting and penalizing drivers under the influence of alcohol, drugs and/or medication as well as rehabilitation measures are assessed, accompanied by a preparation and distribution of information for specialists and the public in general (further details can be obtained at www.druid-project.eu). |
