| 项目说明： | November 2021 - Project expected to start construction in early 2022, and will be put into operation after 30 months; October 2021 - Project has been handed over to Northern Airport Authority; February 2021 - State Capital Management Committee in Enterprises sent a document to the Ministry of Planning and Investment related to the investment project to build, expand and upgrade the airport; October 2020 - Commission for Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC) report states that project has low profitability and long investment recoup time; March 2019 - Vietjet's proposal to expand the airport has received support from Ministry of Transport; Project upgrade includes construction of 16,000 square-meter passenger terminal, taxiway with a length of 2,400 metres and width of 45 metres, 21,000 sqm apron, runways and new ATC tower; Project cost - VND1.54trn |
