| 摘要： | The objective is to develop tools to support Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) application of 30-nm lateral and longitudinal separation standards in three work areas: (1) determination of the time when the FAA should mandate aircraft equipage requirements necessary to participate in application of the reduced separation minima, (2) development of more comprehensive requirements for data link system performance, and (3) assessment of risk in an oceanic air traffic control environment characterized by heightened levels of tactical air traffic control. |
