项目说明：	July 2020 - Consortium has dropped a proposal to upgrade and operate the airport as government indicated that it is not willing to accept most of the consortium’s proposed options and the consortium can only move forward with the NAIA project under the options it has proposed; September 2018 - NAIA Consortium has been granted the Original Proponent Status (OPS) for its PHP102bn (USD1.8bn) unsolicited proposal to rehabilitate, upgrade, expand, operate and maintain the airport; March 2018 - JV between GMR Infrastructure Limited and Megawide Construction Corporation has submitted a USD3bn unsolicited proposal to redevelop the Ninoy Aquino airport; Project to be implemented in three phases; Project cost - PHP102bn
