| 项目说明： | January 2022 - Construction underway; September 2021 - Egyptian Ministry of Transportation has awarded a USD220mn contract to Hassan Allam for the construction of two stations and four bridges; Siemens Mobility, Orascom Construction and The Arab Contractors has signed a USD4.45bn contract with Egypt's National Authority for Tunnels for a 660km high-speed railway line project; August 2021 - Construction started; January 2021 - National Tunnel Authority of Egypt has signed a MoU Siemens and Orascom Construction and The Arab Contractors for 1,000 km of new railway lines under which project is included; September 2020 - Egyptian-Chinese Consortium won the bid to execute the project; Line will accommodate both cargo and passenger trains; Project is part of 660 km high speed line and will be implemented in three phases, Phase I (122 Km) will connect New Administrative Capital to 6th of October City, Phase II (210 Km) will connect 6th of October City to New Alamein and also include branch line of 99 Km that will connect Nubareya at Beheira governorate to Alexandria and Phase III (92 Km) will link NAC to Ain Sokhna; [B&R] |
