项目说明：	January 2022 - Project modernisation did not seem conducive to the fluidity of passenger traffic; September 2021 - SNCF has cancelled plans to transform the Gare du Nord station in Paris due to cost escalation and quick adaption will take place; February 2021 - Builder Bouygues has been appointed to carry out work which will start in June and will be spread over a period of four years; July 2020 - Project approved; January 2020 - Town hall of Paris experts questioning renovation project, even after receiving the approval from National Commission for Commercial Development (CNAC); Gare du Nord station is expected to triple its area following the modernization; Project will include an expanded arrival and departure hall 46,000 sqm of floor space for shops, offices, concert hall and other cultural venues and 11,400 sqm of roof terrace; Project cost - EUR50mn
