摘要：	The transport of goods and people is a precondition if society, organizations and businesses are to work efficiently. At the same time, transport has a significant level of environmental impact and accounts for one third of our energy consumption and more than 28% of the CO2 emissions. Various types of measures are needed to influence the transport sector. Mobility Management is an innovative demand-oriented approach that affects our travel habits and road user behavior. The MOVE project responds to energy efficiency policies relating to transport by bringing together energy agencies involved in mobility management issues, in order to foster new and innovative approaches. MOVE is a common platform for mobility management issues, aiming to exchange know-how and information among market actors in the participating regions. The platform's objective is to generate best practices and general methods that will serve as guidelines for market actors on regional and local level in the participating countries, ensuring a high quality and efficiency in mobility work and facilitating the start up of new projects. Outputs include a set of greenhouse gas emission, cost and health indicators related to transport in order to measure effects of actions, as well as attitudes and behavior.
