| 摘要： | Die EU hat das Projekt SILENCE (Leiser Landverkehr in Ballungsgebieten) an ein Konsortium von 42 Partnern vergeben. Ziel ist es, ein integriertes System aus Methodologien und Technologien zu entwickeln, um Verkehrlaerm in Ballungsgebieten effizient kontrollieren zu koennen. Der integrative Ansatz beruecksichtigt dabei Verwaltungen, den motorisierten Individualverkehr und den oeffentlichen Verkehr auf Strasse und Schiene in einer ganzheitlichen Betrachtung aller Verkehrslaermaspekte. Die BASt bearbeitet mit vier europaeischen Partnern, darunter die FEHRL Institute VTI und DRI, das Workpackage (WP) F2: "New production technologies for surfaces on urban main roads". In diesem WP sollen neuartige Herstellungsmethoden fuer leise Strassenoberflaechen entwickelt werden. Zur Ueberpruefung der laermtechnischen Wirksamkeit wird der neu konzipierte Pruefstand Fahrzeug/Fahrbahn der BASt im Rahmen des WP F5 "Testing of novel new road surfacing materials" eingesetzt werden. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The EU has assigned the project SILENCE (Silent country traffic in conurbations) to a consortium of 42 partners. The objective is to develop an integrated system made up of methodologies and technologies to efficiently control traffic noise in conurbations. The integrated approach in this case, takes into consideration administrations, motorised individual traffic and public transport on roads and railways in a comprehensive perspective of all aspects of traffic noise. BASt, together with four European partners, amongst them the FEHRL institutes VTI and DRI, is working on the Work Package (WP) F2: "New production technologies for surfaces on urban main roads". This WP will develop new types of production methods for silent road surfaces. The newly devised test facility vehicle/carriageway of BAST within the framework of the WP F5 "Testing of novel new road surfacing materials" will be used to check the noise specific effect. |
