| 项目说明： | August 2021 - NWR has signed a cooperation agreement with Smart Operations to build the Phase I; June 2020 - Northwest Rail and Grindrod signed a contract to secure USD1bn for build the project; October 2016 - Demo unit completed in Chingola; February 2014 - Grindrod will build, operate and maintain the project; Project to be completed in 2 phases, Phase I will cost USD489mn (290 km) and Phase II will connect Zambia with Benguela railway line at Angolan Border; Project is being developed by North West Rail Company which includes Government of the Republic of Zambia, Zambian shareholders, mining companies, financers and logistics operators |
